Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng

Little Fires Everywhere introduces the reader to the Richardson family and their seemingly perfect, well planned life.  They live in the community of Shaker Heights which is just as well planned as their family.  Once a mother and daughter moved to town, however, the Richardson's' lives will never be the same.

I found this novel interesting and relatable.  Even though each character is extremely different, Ng's writing style helps you feel a deep connection with each person and understand their actions even if from the outside those actions may seem odd.  Little Fires Everywhere  makes the reader realize that stories have more than one side and it is best to try and view other peoples perspective before casting judgement.  If you are looking for an easy read that will still make you think then this book is for you!
