Things You Save In A Fire by Katherine Center

After reading a couple of nonfiction books in a row I was looking for a light read. This was just what I needed Things You Save In A Fire by Katherine Center was a great, quick read.  It tells the story of Casse, a female firefighter, who moves away from the life she knows to take care of her mother whom she has barely spoken to over the last 10 years.   If you are looking for a quick read with themes of family, forgiveness, and romance, then this is the book for you!
