The Book Witch

As a Meg Shaffer fan, I jumped on the opportunity to read this book and was not disappointed. The Book Witch is a delightful journey following Rainy March (pun intended) on her quests to ensure the integrity of novels. Rainy was raised by her grandparents after her mom's death, and the fact that she does not know her father. In Chapter 1, she falls in love with a book character, a detective. As a book witch, she is already breaking one of the major rules. After her Pops goes missing, Rainey has to solve not only how to be with her love interest but also to find out what happened to Pops. This was an overall great read with more twists and turns than I expected! Check it out on April 7.
